Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders over $30.00 USD. For orders under $30, a flat shipping rate applies at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website. Please allow 2-3 days for tracking to update after shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at 2152260335@qq.com with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package and find a solution.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot an error, contact us immediately before your order ships.
